Do I need advance reservations for transportation?

To ensure availability, we recommend at least 24 hours notice when seeking a reservation. We will do our best to accommodate customers who do not provide advance notice but service cannot be guaranteed.

Who can I call for Lost & Found?

For lost items please call us at 507-339-1651.

However, we are not responsible for items left inside the shuttle for any reason.
